Receive Authorization
Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated Australian warehouse address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the item in its original box with all accessories included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
